With a perfect storm of the kids basketball season starting and the holidays right upon our doorstep, we knew there would be limited opportunities to travel in the next few months and decided to take a quick weekend getaway.
One of the stops along our journey, Geneva On The Lake, is a place that has long been on our bucket list to check out. Typically known as a Summer resort area, this time of year things slow down and the town is usually pretty devoid of activity which was perfect for us as we have enough activity in our everyday lives and just wanted to relax.
